We cannot guarantee that the colour you see will be exactly the colour of the garment or accessory. The colour may differ from one computer screen to another so please use them purely as a guideline.

Do you want to buy a present in time for Christmas? If so, you need to start thinking about it now! Here you'll find the last delivery posting dates for the UK and around the world. To beat the rush, order well before the recommended date. Orders that are placed after the recommended date will not be guaranteed to get to you before CHRISTMAS!

• Wednesday 19th December - Standard UK Delivery
• Friday 21st December - Next Day Delivery (UK Only)

Thursday 6th December:  South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (except Japan), Australia and New Zealand

Please note, all orders placed up until December 19th 2007, will have the advantage of our extended Christmas returns period. This gives you the opportunity to return or exchange any unwanted products, according to our Terms & Conditions no later than January 8th 2008

About Our Delivery Policy

Next day delivery available for Monday to Friday delivery only.

Our delivery policy is simple; if we have it in stock we will send your goods out within 3 working days, ensuring your goods are with you within a week.

However if an item is not in stock then please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If there is a delay in getting your goods to you, a member of staff may contact you via telephone or e-mail to indicate the time scale with-in the 28 days delivery. Please feel free to contact us on 0845 094 86 82 - (between 10am-5pm GMT) to confirm a delivery date.

If you need your goods in a hurry, you can select our next day delivery service.  This option is only available on goods that are currently in stock; you may wish to phone ahead to check the availability of your chosen product(s) Tel. 0845 094 86 82 Mon-Sat 9.30-5.30pm

Only orders received by 1pm Monday to Thursday will be guaranteed delivery on the following day.  Orders placed between 1pm Thursday and 1pm Friday will be elegible for delivery on the following Monday.  Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.

Next Day Delivery (UK Only) Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday only - £7.95

Standard Europe Delivery - £10.95

The Rest of the World - £15.95

Standard Ireland Delivery - £8.95

Customers outside of the U.K. are responsible for any additional import duties/taxes that their country may charge. BrandJunkie.com will not be held responsible for such charges and will not be responsible for return shipping charges if the order is refused.

About Our Returns Policy

All we ask is that all unwanted items are returned within 2 weeks of receipt and with all original tags & labeling still attached to the garment(s). PLease request a RMA number before shipping items back. On receipt of the garment(s) back to us, we will then re-credit your card with the original cost of the item(s). Items that are returned outside of the two week period will incur a late charge. 

We do however recommend that you obtain a receipt from the post office as proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Some customers prefer to send the package recorded/registered delivery; this cost is about £0.66p on top of your postage costs.

We will NOT refund products returned to us that we feel have been misused.

Multiple size/style orders

A 10% re-stocking fee will apply where multiple size/style garments are ordered and subsequently the order part returned (If you need assistance on different sizes and styles, we have a store where garments can be fitted, or please feel free to call our customer services team on 0845 094 86 82 for exact measurements)
